Services for South-West Power Station, Saint-Petersburg

In 2007-2008 GN Energy Engineering in partnership with company AF-Colenco, Switzerland, acted as the Owner’s Engineer and rendered a complex of services during construction of South-West CCPP with an electrical capacity of 540 MW, a thermal capacity – 660 Gcal/hour in St.Petersburg.

The scope of works under execution  by GN Energy Engineering for this Project included the following:
• Analysis and approval of the design documents;
• Carrying out inspections at the factories in the process of the main equipment manufacture;
• Carrying out acceptance of CCPP facilities upon completion of their construction and erection;
• Carrying out acceptance of works at the  stages of adjustment, commissioning,  tests and guarantee tests results;
• Carrying out  acceptance of startup facilities for operation.
